The RANZCO Leadership Development Program 2016-2017 kicked off this weekend with participants attending the mid-year RANZCO Council meeting on Saturday 23 July as observers. This was followed by a session on communication on Sunday, facilitated by Simon Abbott (Allergan), and also attended by some of the RANZCO Board members. The interactive session provided a better understanding of participants’ communication preferences. It also provided information for participants on adjusting their preferred style of communication to collaborate more effectively with others.
