HREC encourages you to make submissions one month prior to its meeting dates.

Please note, applications received within 4 weeks of a scheduled meeting may not be reviewed until the next scheduled meeting as the Committee require an appropriate amount of time for review.

HREC 2026 meeting dates for application review

• Meeting 1 – Friday 27 March 2026
• Meeting 2 – Tuesday 16 June 2026
• Meeting 3 – Tuesday 18 August 2026
• Meeting 4 – Tuesday 8 December 2026

In each case the meetings will begin at 6pm (AEST).
