The 2026 Paediatric Ophthalmology Seminar is an interactive event tailored towards candidates preparing to sit RACE in late 2026 or early 2027.
The virtual seminar is predominantly case-based learning, but there will be a combination of case presentations, interactive clinical question sessions and lectures which are specifically designed to prepare candidates for RACE.
During the live patient day, all sessions involve multiple live patient assessments and discussion under the supervision of the RCH ophthalmology staff members.
Final program to be confirmed, but include the following paediatric ophthalmic topics: strabismus, ROP, neuro-ophthalmology, oculoplastics, ocular genetics, cataract, glaucoma and retinal disorders.
